I’m your average 20 something, with a love for health and wellness, fitness, beauty, traveling the world, and cultivating meaningful relationships.
When I’m not in class or working, you’ll most likely find me devouring a romance novel (and yes friends to lovers is the superior trope), binge watching the Harry Potter series, playing soccer and golf, or wandering my local farmer’s market with my friends or family.
With a bachelor’s in occupational science and soon to be master’s in occupational therapy, my hope is to help others achieve balance in their lives and feel good in their own skin.
Whether it’s through sharing relationship advice, beauty tips and tricks, travel ideas and destinations, or health and fitness inspiration, my hope is to help you make the little things in life—like Mondays—a little easier.
